LookForBuy cancellation policy

• Customers can cancel their orders within 30 minutes of placing them.
• After 30 minutes, customers can only cancel their orders if the seller has not yet shipped the product.

To cancel an order, please follow these steps:

1. Contact LookForBuy at  to request a cancellation.
2. Provide LookForBuy with your order number.
3. LookForBuy will contact the seller to confirm the cancellation.
4. If the cancellation is approved, LookForBuy will refund your payment.

Exceptions to the LookForBuy cancellation policy

• Custom-made items
• Digital products
• Products that have been shipped

Please note that LookForBuy may charge a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order total for orders that are cancelled after 24 hours of being placed.
